The only splicing tool in the world to cover all splicing functions on a vessel is provided by Selma as through its set of fids (needles) made from high polished stainless steel.
Made with safety on board in mind, this patented set of four fids will handle yacht line and hollow braided lines from 3.5 to 10 mm diameter as well as three stranded ropes up to 20 mm diameter.
